Reviews and Ratings
Staying on the club floor was very comfortable, and it was well worth the extra cost. The rooms are clean, although the fixtures are a bit old. The staff at the hotel is incredibly friendly and takes their time to ensure a pleasant stay, such as assisting with timely airport transfers at no extra charge. The location is amazing, especially considering the price, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shopping areas. The dining options provide a diverse and tasty selection, while the facilities are well-maintained.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms, though not top-tier, offered a quiet ambiance with lovely views. The friendly staff and convenient location truly made the experience worthwhile, despite the need for some updates in the hotel's appearance.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The Heritage Room we stayed in was beautifully clean, quiet, and felt like a home away from home. While the price was a bit higher, the noisy party nearby was a minor downside. The location was perfect for exploring Bangkok, being close to major attractions and BTS stations.
I had an amazing stay at Siam@Siam Design Hotel Bangkok! The rooms were booked wonderfully with comfy beds and the most amazing views, especially at night when we enjoyed having breakfast in the club floor along with afternoon tea and evening cocktails and spirit drinks. The room was stunning, with a large bed centrally placed, a seating area facing the large TV, just like in the pictures on the web. The service was excellent, with great recommendations; although a bit slow to serve, there was a cute surprise when we met Siam, a small black cat who usually slept throughout the day. The location was perfect, close to the malls area and within walking distance to most major shopping malls and the BTS National Stadium. The dining experience was delicious with a variety of Asian and continental dishes to choose from, although it could have been more consistent and was a bit expensive at 499 thb. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed during our stay.
I had a delightful stay at Siam@Siam, coming back for a second visit. The club room was lovely, but the corner room had a slight issue with cigarette smoke that couldn't be resolved, impacting my stay. The central location and various dining options were a plus, while the service at Party House 1 was a bit stressful during check-in.
The hotel presents stunning rooms with silk linens and ample space. The Marshall stereo provided added a fun touch, ideal for blasting music. However, the rooms could benefit from a slight update as they were quite dark.
The hotel is conveniently located near the National Stadium Sky Train BTS station, making it ideal for shopping in Siam Center and other crowded malls. The rooms are modern and clean, but there is a noticeable smell of smoke throughout. The service, from the doorman to the management, is excellent and the buffet breakfast is top-notch. The dining options offer a variety of Asian and continental dishes, but some improvements could be made to certain details.
The hotel feels like an old five-star establishment that could use a bit of refreshing, but the exceptional staff and perfect location more than make up for it. It's like walking into an art museum, offering comfortable rooms with pretty bathrooms.
